I remember back when I joined, this forums, the clan pics thread used to have 2x as many pics.
But they get deleted and such. So it would be shibby if we got them back

you should hit the topic of the old spam wars on the last forums, since i was spam king on them for awhile.

i remember me poppa bear demented(maybe) and a few others would try to see who could get the whole page with their name on it of spam topics and have a huge war of lol's, numbers, whatever we could type fast.

then we came to the new forums and we had the 30 second post thingy and ended that all real fast. DAMN THE 30 second post rule.

Stopping by again! I think its been another two years!

My history that I originally posted is slightly incorrect, because I came in after Slurpee had tried to get this clan going once already. I was not aware of this but I remember that he tried at some point to get a clan going but it was before I played DoD, back in my Planetside days. Slurpee restarted the clan with my help on that Feb. 26 date, so my history for the clan in its current iteration should be correct, but there was history before that, that I was never part of.

The clan has a lot of elements from a bunch of different people. The name obviously is from Slurpee. The ranks in the clan you guys still unbelievably use I devised, I think I flip flopped between having just an admin position and the junior/senior ranks that were permanent. The servers and server names are all Arch Angel's genius, as was the switch from DoD to CS in May of 05. I didn't believe he could pack a server in a week but he proved me wrong :P. The recruiting system I think you guys still use came from Switch. I think the council system you guys use now for top level leadership is from Tokey. The changes in the years since obviously I have no idea about :P.

If Arch Angel has problems with my story, I'd like to know what specifically because I remember events fairly clearly. I was wrong about the original start for the clan and I surprisingly was never fully aware of that.
