Sorry for the double post.

Found an interesting article here about a Facebook petition for CS2.

Apparently cs 2 is supposed to come out with half life 2 - episode 3.
That is if valve doesnt get pushed into making a new orange box.... if valve is put under pressure from consumers craiving a new cs game... valve will simply change some skins and graphics and maybe throw in a few new gadgets n such , other than that there is talk of designing a whole new cs game "similar to what they did with tfc to tf2" but not all cartoon like. They are trying to decide between reinventing a whole new game or just updating it like they did from 1.6 and cz to source. I am hoping for a whole new game with new environments and def dx10 graphics. who knows maybe they will keep all they old maps and guns and just apply a new engine. LOL i think it would be hella cool if they made a cs that looked and played as good as farcry 2.

Yeah, I've been hearing that rumor. If the game is not revamped, they are wasting the consumer's time.

Or MW2, eventhough a few of the maps on MW2 are a copy of CS maps but a little bigger and a bit editted.
