Yea i understand lol but i can't belive that your job or company would allow someone to return something that shows signs of abuse and allow them to get there money back without any proof of purchase but like you said the customer is always right

our store allows ANYTHING to be returned. people return gallons of milk 3/4 empty and say that it tasted weird and we give them a new one. half the stuff returned is half eatten. i think one day on lunch break im going to eat half my food, return it saying it tasted bad and see if they give me money back..
